Girls individual and state competition will be held April 4-5, 2025 at the Mayo Civic Center (schedule/itinerary TBD).
Mayo Civic Center is located at 30 Civic Center Dr. SE, Rochester, MN 55904.

All wrestlers must choose a weight class upon registration and you cannot change weight classes once registered (view individual and team weight classes). Each wrestler will receive a one-lb. allowance.

Registration for individual competition is open now through the member portal.

If your daughter would like to be part of a team, please watch for details about coaches. Wrestlers do NOT register on the website to be on the team, the coaches will register. Each wrestler will need a current NYWA membership.
